The KOMDRUCK Rewinder has an adjustable
core size from 46mm up to 76mm. The rewinder can handle labels up to a
width of 120mm and rewind rolls of labels with a diameter up to 170mm.
The speed is 120rpm.
The rewinder has an external power supply and an electronic circuit controls all functions. When the roll of labels runs out the rewinder is uttering an acoustic signal and stops.
The possibility to adjust the sense of rotation, clockwise or counter clockwise, allows rewinding the labels face in or face out. The tension arm adjusts the speed of rotation and when it is down, the rewinder turns at full speed, while when it is up, the rewinder is idle and blocks the motor’s rotation when the printer stops.

The cutter has a lifetime of approximately 500.000 cuts.
The maximum cut width is 220mm for a maximum paper weight of 80g/m². The maximum paper weight is 200g/m² with a maximum paper width of 120mm.Please note: The cutter is only working with the KOMDRUCK ILP with metal case (Part Number: D-KD-ILP-M)
